How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, so we have time to plan shipping and customs and to reserve the model and quantity you want. December and the festive season are the busiest months, so book early for summer events.
How does shipping to South Africa work?
The kit travels from our European warehouses with a dedicated express logistics service and reaches your venue one or two days before the event. Shipping and customs are quoted separately.
How does the deposit work?
Every hire requires a security deposit, returned once the kit is back and checked.
Can I hire for a whole season?
Yes, with the long-term formula, designed for regular use of the headphones.
