How the kit reaches Sun City
Your kit is shipped from our European warehouses with a dedicated express logistics service and arrives one or two days before the event, fully charged. Large conferences need planning, and so does shipping to South Africa: book well in advance, as shipping times and customs paperwork are agreed when we quote. A security deposit applies to every rental and is returned after the kit is checked. For big groups, rental with assistance adds set-up and technicians on the night.

Can you deliver silent disco headphones to Sun City?
Yes. The kit arrives one or two days before the event, at the address agreed with you and the venue.
How much does a silent disco for a conference at Sun City cost?
For up to 500 guests the indicative price is €1,700–2,000 per event, and for up to 1,000 guests €2,900–4,000.
Can we use it at a game lodge in the Pilanesberg?
Yes, if the lodge agrees. Headphones keep the sound away from the animals and other guests, and the battery transmitter works without a power point.
How long do the headphones last?
Up to 10 hours on a full charge, which takes about 4 hours: enough for a gala dinner and the after-party.
Do you supply DJs or entertainment?
No. We rent headphones and transmitters; the music and the programme come from you or your event organiser.
